CERAMIC SURFACES

 The ceramics surfaces is a very interesting subject . I learned how to observe the design on the surfaces of any ceramic objects in a way of an artist . It’s quite interesting and fun activity to do with  surfaces different types of designs,artistic works we incorporate onto the ceramic surfaces . 

1. A plaster cube is converted into a visual representation of an artist work 2D form to 3D . It is a carving technique using carving tools . All sides have been carved to make it an interesting object. 

2 .  This is a plaster balloons assignment in which we filled balloons with plaster and take out the shape of balloon . It a fun activity . I took out the both shapes of the balloons by adding plaster inside and outside of the balloon as an experiment . Then we have to listen a 1 minute music of our own choice and with that flow we have to draw the music onto or into the plaster balloon .

3.  This is the collage making technique for the repetition of the design . These collages are came from the different movements of art history . These designs then transfer on the tiles or any other ceramic surface to enhance the design and beauty of an object .
