Design 3

The 3rd design is about creating insulation within the bird house. The idea came into my mind due to the insulation of our houses with Jumbolon material. We want that we do-not use heat source to create heat inside the Birdhouse so with jumbolon we want to trap the heat that birds create with their own body. This is something new that would never be thought so we worked on this idea to make it functional and useful towards the birds . We don't know that how much functional it was but we try to make it happen .

For this insulated house we make a ball inside a ball with an inlet of the birds , this design is to be hanged, The design thinking on this design with all the initial sketches throughout the process shown in the following pictures:

This the very first design of the isulated house in the shape of coconut with hanging

To make it more simple we make the house in the form of semi-circular

2. Improvised design :

The design is further improvised regarding to shape, hanging and functionality the sketches are following :

Jumbolon between 2 semi-circular shaped container

3. Mold design thinking :

The mold of this design is very complicated we are working with different ideas to make it happen. Because it has ball inside ball. For each side it should to be equal. It is a holo ball inside ball with an opening for ventilation for birds.
